Sunday September 10th
Late start today, so had some food at the flying 'j' then phoned Louie, the weekend dispatcher to see what was about. Got an LTL trailer at noon for Saskatoon. Left Edmonton and after a quick coffee stop in Lloydminster got to Stoon (Saskatoon) around 6:30pm. Andy Mellor, a friend from England who's over for a job interview, was waitin at the yard for me so I gave him a quick tour while I dropped the trailer and he had a chat with Gary the shunter while I fueled up. Parked #527 by the tractor shop ready for it's service tomorrow and headed down to the super 8 for a shower before heading down to Davids' lizard lounge for a few beers and a game of pool with Andy and Nikki.
