Monday October 30th
Left Madera early to head for Visalia and try to find the customer before the world wakes up. Eventually found it having pruned a few trees with my trailer and got unloaded by a nice chap called Jose who even made me coffee. Nice man. Job done, so headed back North towards San Carlos, just South of San Francisco for my next load. Crossed over the San Mateo bridge ($10.25 toll) across San Francisco bay and turned South for 3 or 4 miles on 101 to Kelly Moore Paints, the shipper. Eventually loaded and set off North up 101 towards the Bay bridge to cross back over the bay. Another $10.25 lighter, North up I-80 to I-505, then on to I-5 at Dunnigan, where I parked up. Enough for one day I think.
