East out of Alamosa, back to I-25, then South, over the New Mexico border (state #26), then East again, Over the state line into Texas, through Dalhart, then South and East to Dumas and then South again. Yes, as you can see by the Pic, this is the way to Amarillo. Hands up who's singing. Got to the shipper in Amarillo around 11am, behind another 9 trucks. Finally loaded, I left there at 4pm and headed round to the local Flying 'j' for a shower and some sleep.
