Tuesday February 20th

Woke up around 5am at a disco, or so I thought. The flashing lights were actually fire trucks (see pic). Anyway, later in the day, got a job to load empty pallets for Winnipeg. Loaded in around an hour and headed East on Yellowhead highway 16. Coffee and a burger at Wynyard, then on to Winnipeg by around 9:30pm. Dropped my trailer in the terminal yard and hooked a preloaded one for Abbotsford, Wisconsin. Ran the 70 or so miles down to the US border at Pembina and cleared customs. Ran 3 miles South on I-29 and parked up for the night at the Pembina Gas-trak for the night.
