Monday July 9th- Friday July 13th

Spent the week based in Lloydminster running turnpikes to the Edmonton terminal and back every night. The company has now decided that we can no longer pull two 53 foot trailers and have to have one 48 foot trailer and one 53 foot to be sure we're not over 125 feet all together. For some reason, Edmonton loaded two 53 foot trailers for me on Friday night so I ended up running back to Lloydminster with just one trailer. After pulling two trailers all week, 494 seemed to fly up the hills with just one trailer. Made a nice change not to have to change gears all the time. The pic is in Sorrento, BC, I think.
