Wednesday June 27th

Supposed to be leaving for Tennessee today, but after a chat with Laurie (recruitment/immigration) and Mike Hrooshkin (drivers supervisor) we decided I should stay in Canada until my work permit issue is sorted out. So, Jason gives me a job with 5 deliveries in Alberta. OK, no problem. Well, just one. My truck has an air leak under the dashboard. After Kevin (one of the shop mechanics) has spent an hour getting to the problem, he found he needs a new part and there are none at the parts place in Canada, so they'll have to fly one in from the states. OK, no Alberta then. Back to the Super 8 for the night. The pic is on TCH1 heading West towards Kamloops, BC.
