Ran in to see Mike again. He doesn't have a better truck for me but there is a Freightliner Century #494 of similar standard but which has twin bunks I can have a look at if I like. Went and had a look and it seems ok. Due for a service though, so I can't have it til next week. Ok, we'll give that a try then. Got a load from dispatch from Panther in Davidson, SK to be delivered in Belfield, North Dakota tomorrow. Loaded that at 1pm, scaled off at the wheat pool (3 times while I legalized it, whilst being interrupted on the phone by a Mr Mellor, good to hear from ya mate) and ran for the US border at Portal. Got down to Belfield around midnight and parked up at the Belfield Superpumper (truckstop) for a nap.
