Saturday December 2nd

Over into Illinois, fuel at the South Benoit flying 'j', then on around Chicago and over into Indiana (state #23) for 46 miles or so before crossing into Michigan (#24). 30 more miles North before stopping for sleep at the Benton Harbor flying 'j'. Up around 4pm and, showered and fed, set off again for the Canadian border at Sarnia, Ontario. After some confusion about which side of the bridge the customs broker is, I cross the toll bridge into Canada and spend the next 2 hours trying to clear the load, which, with the help of the nice lady at UPS, I finally manage. It's now Sunday.
