Friday May 4th

Left Mt Vernon around 8am and got up to the Canadian border at Pac Highway around 9 to be told the PARS is not in the system and I have to go see the broker to try and clear the load. Over to Livingston for an hour, then told I need to go to UPS. OK. Over there and wait while they sort it out. Finally got cleared around 1:15 and headed North for 15 miles to our Vancouver terminal and dropped the trailer. Hooked the Container Troy had sent me and, after crossing the Nordel scale, headed out of Vancouver and into Chilliwack where I stopped for a shower, food and some sleep.
