Friday August 18th
Left Chilliwack early for the run to Calgary. Climbed back up the Coquihalla and fueled up at the Husky in Kamloops and grabbed a coffee. Ran back through Golden (more coffee) and through the rockies back into Alberta. Had a bit of a near miss with an elk near Banff (they're bigger than they look in pictures) and dropped back into Calgary for a night stop at the Husky on 32nd and Barlow. Managed to get a free shower with my fuel receipt from Husky Kamloops. Result!!
