Thursday August 17th
Left Banff early to head for Vancouver, BC. Rolled over the weigh scale at Golden with me brakes smokin, much to the amusement of the weigh scale bloke officer person. Grabbed a coffee and a sandwich at the Golden Husky while my brakes cooled off then set off again. Fueled up at the Petro-canada truck-stop in Kamloops on my way to the Coquihalla toll highway which drops all the way down to Hope. Now that's a bloody long hill !! Stopped to fill up the reefer tank in Chilliwack then on to the Vancouver terminal in Delta. Swapped trailers after snapping the handle off the landing gear (oops, sorry Rob) and drove back to the Husky truck-stop at Chilliwack for a well earned shower and some food. Been a busy day.
