Sat at the Flying 'j' most of the day waiting for work and doing laundry. Got a satellite from Darren offering me a load out of Winnipeg for Calgary at 6pm tonight. Left the J around 4 to run up to the terminal for a returns trailer for the shipper. Got round to the shipper for 6 to be told the load isn't actually ready 'til 9pm, so I sit outside, reading my book and wait. Hook the trailer and leave around 9:30pm. Coffee from the J on the way out of Winnipeg, run over the scale at Headingly, then West on TCH1 towards the Saskatchewan border and Regina.
