Left Golden early and got to Rogers Pass before parking up for a while to wait for daylight and hopefully a snowplough or 2. Through goes the sand truck (gritter), so we chase him down the road towards Revelstoke. On to Sicamous, getting fuel and coffee at the Husky, then out again as far at Kamloops before leaving highway 1 and heading South West down toll highway 5. Through Merritt, over the Coquihalla and down past Hope and over the scale. Past Chilliwack (sounds like a Ken Dodd place to me) and into Vancouver, dropping my trailer in the yard and going to bed.
