Tuesday June 12th

Headed out of Stoon around 6:30am and West as far as Rosetown before turning South to Swift Current where I joined TCH1 and headed West towards Alberta. The scale West of Swift Current was closed (is that scale ever open?) so on we go, crossing into Alberta at Walsh and then over the scale East of Medicine Hat, which was open. Coffee and a call to the broker to check that my load is cleared to cross into the states, then South West on #3 as far as Taber, then South to the US border at Sweetgrass, Montana. Over the border no problem, then South on I-15 for 120 miles to the flying 'j' at Great Falls for the night.
